Shipping policy

Please note that all of our orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Normandy, France.

Order preparation time:

• Orders shipped within the European Union: 1-3 business days.
• Orders shipped outside the European Union: 2-4 business days.

Taxes/VAT:

• Orders shipped within the European Union: VAT is included in your order.
• Orders shipped outside the European Union: VAT is NOT included in your order and you may be subjected to local tax, custom and duties upon receipt of your package.

Please note all import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Delivery via Colissimo takes 2-5 business days.

UNITED KINGDOM

For orders with a shipping address in the UK:

• Orders less than GBP 135 (EUR 160):  the VAT is included in the amount you pay on our website as detailed in your invoice and during the checkout.
• Orders over GBP 135:  you will be charged with import charges by the British authorities upon receipt of the package.

The import taxes costs are about GBP 40 for a 100ML perfume.
