Shipping policy

Please note that all of our orders are shipped from one of our warehouses located in France or Lithuania.

Order preparation time:

• Orders shipped within the European Union: 1-3 business days.
• Orders shipped outside the European Union: 2-4 business days.
  
  Shipments to some countries might experience delays in order-tracking detail updates. Sorry for the inconvenience; we are working to return to normal delivery expectations.

Taxes/VAT:

• Orders shipped within the European Union: VAT is included in your order.
• Orders shipped outside the European Union: VAT is NOT included in your order, and you may be subject to local tax, customs, and duties upon receipt of your package.
  
  If the courier asks you to cover them, please forward to us the proof of payment, and we will make sure the sum is reimbursed when applicable.

Please note all import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Shipping is free for all orders.
• Delivery via Chronopost: 1-3 business days.

UNITED KINGDOM

 

For orders with a shipping address in the UK:

• Orders less than GBP 135 (EUR 160):  the VAT is included in the amount you pay on our website as detailed in your invoice and during the checkout.
• Orders over GBP 135: Duties are included in the price so you do not need to pay anything additional to the Customs Office.
